職位描述：

-負(fù)責(zé)全國范圍內(nèi)建筑智能化項(xiàng)目銷售，完成樓宇行業(yè)銷售計(jì)劃；

-負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目銷售全過程，包括項(xiàng)目跟蹤、咨詢、需求分析、立項(xiàng)評審、商務(wù)交流，協(xié)調(diào)與業(yè)主、系統(tǒng)集成商、招標(biāo)代理的關(guān)系；

-熟悉樓宇自控產(chǎn)品，能根據(jù)客戶需求制定樓宇自控產(chǎn)品解決方案；

-精通市場營銷，了解市場需求，提供市場分析報告。

職位要求：

-自動控制、暖通、空調(diào)等相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；

-5-10年銷售或市場工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有相應(yīng)職位經(jīng)歷。有建筑智能化、建筑工程、弱電系統(tǒng)工程等行業(yè)背景銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

-熟悉工程項(xiàng)目（住宅、建筑樓宇等）招投標(biāo)流程，具備標(biāo)書制作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉房地產(chǎn) 行業(yè)或地產(chǎn)商、設(shè)計(jì)院，有良好業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系者優(yōu)先；

-熟悉其它主流品牌樓宇控制產(chǎn)品者優(yōu)先。
